Employee should hold a Ph. D. degree in fields of public finance or public administration ( budget management ), science of social security or insurance ( social security theory and policy), administration management and so on.
[ Recruitment Program and Pay Package ]
I. Recruitment Program of “ One-hundred Talent” Project
In order to strengthen discipline and teaching staff construction, cultivate a large group academic leaders with huge influence and lead a batch disciplines achieving the advanced level at home and abroad, JUFE establish the “One-hundred Talent” project, which combines with the characters of different discipline and the rules of the talents’ developing. IIII. Ph. D Pay Package
The overseas returnee Ph.D will receive RMB 200,000 - 350,000 of annual salary per year in first 4-years contract period, RMB 100,000 of setting-in allowance and RMB 100,000 of startup research grant at the beginning of the first year. JUFE also offers RMB 400,000 of housing subsidy (RMB 40,000 per year, according to the actual employment period and 10 years maximum). JUFE should assist to solve the issues of spouse job, children nursery and school for employees properly. If the issue of spouse job cannot be solved, JUFE will provide a lump-sum living subsidy of RMB 50,000 according to actual circumstance.
For domestic Ph. D, JUFE offers RMB 120000-250000 of housing subsidy ( according to the actual employment period and 10 years maximum). A lump-sum living subsidy of RMB 10000-50000 and startup research grant of RMB 10000-60000 would be offered.

Materials for applying ( only soft copies are needed):
I. Resume (including your learning experience, working experience, teaching experience and research experience starting from high school, rewards you have achieved, and two photos are also needed, ID photo and daily life photo);
II. Your representative theses, research experience and rewards are needed. And the scanning copies, which can prove that your theses have been included by SCI, EI or SSCI, are also needed.
III. For the fresh graduate students, please provide “Recommendation Form For Graduates’ Job Application” issued by school. For the returned overseas scholars, please provide “Certification for the Returned Oversea Scholars” and “Foreign Academic Degree Evaluation” issued by Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange ( CSCSE ). For the others, please provide copy of diploma with highest degree, and other certificates.
After a series of tests, check-up and publicity, the employment relationship will be established. And the employee will receive all the welfare
